Political Presentations

  In less than one year from now, most seniors at GBHS will be able to vote in the 2016 presidential election.

  To help be prepared for their future as voters, students in College Preparatory and Advanced Placement Government and Economics classes had the opportunity to hear from speakers of various political parties. Following the presentations, students were able to register to vote. Continue reading


Eureka Road Development

 The construction on the northeast corner between Eureka Road and Sierra College Boulevard has a clear goal but has confused bypassers. Contractors hope to dig up positive reviews from current Granite Bay dwellers rather than end up in a muddy mess of complaints and disapproval. Continue reading

Gone with the Neon

January 20, 2016 marked the evening of the last ever Granite Bay High School Neon Dance, much to the dismay of many of its attendees.

  The Neon Dance is organized every year by the GBHS Cheer team. According to senior Sarah Ribota, decoration coordinator for the dance and cheer captain, budget issues prevent another Neon Dance in the futures. Continue reading
